Only two ways to get to Teplodar. By small bus marshrutka or car.
The Teplodar marshrutka number 75 leaves the Privos market area close to the main rail station in Odessa. If you are coming from any other place then you would need to travel by car. The marshrutka departs and arrives outside the only supermarket in Teplodar Silpo. A typical marshrutka will hold around 14-16 persons and leaves Odessa when filled. Hours of operation are about 6am until about 8:30pm. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes and is very cheap UAH7 $USD 1 one way.
Driving from Odessa you go to the check point on the outer limits of the city and you have the choice of the M15 or M16 roads. Teplodar is approx 40km by road from Odessa center. A taxi will cost about UAH150 $USD20 one way.
